Gyorgy Szilagyi-Schreindorfer

Gyorgy Szilagyi-Schreindorfer serves as the Head of the Commercial Banking Legal Department at OTP Bank since March 2005, with expertise in corporate finance, trade finance, account receivables purchase, capital markets, and ISDA and GMRA negotiations. Additionally, Gyorgy leads the Corporate Finance Practice Group and heads the Corporate Banking Legal Unit at OTP Faktoring Zrt. since January 2018. In leadership roles, Gyorgy is Chairman and a member of the Supervisory Board for multiple OTP subsidiaries, including OTP Hungaro-Projekt Kft. and OTP eBIZ Ltd. Previous experience includes a role as a trainee lawyer at ECOVIS Dr. Balogh Péter and Partners Law Firm. Gyorgy's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from the University of Debrecen, a Master of Laws from Heidelberg University, and a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
