Vitaly Sytnikov

Vitaly Sytnikov is a seasoned professional in digital banking and transformation, currently serving as the Corporate & SME Tribe Leader at OTP Bank since May 2023. With extensive experience at Otkritie from 2018 to 2023, Vitaly was instrumental as the Head of SME Digital Services, where a new digital strategy transitioned over 90% of customer interactions online and led to the establishment of agile teams focused on customer acquisition and retention. As Chief Product Owner, Vitaly successfully launched a mobile banking app for entrepreneurs, achieving 40,000 monthly active users and a high Customer Satisfaction Index. Prior roles include significant contributions at VTB24, managing the development of an internet bank and a mobile banking app that captured 200,000 and 30,000 daily users, respectively. Additionally, Vitaly taught a course on Data Encryption and Information Security at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Vitaly holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University for Industry and Finance «Synergy».
