Dejan Funduk

Dejan Funduk currently serves as the Head of HR Compensation & Benefits Unit at OTP banka Srbija, a position held since January 2023, and also acts as an Expert for Compensation and Benefits. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ALTA banka a.d. Beograd as Head of Financial Controlling and Planning from September 2020 to January 2023, and various positions at HETA ASSET RESOLUTION, including Head of Collection and Repossession Department and Head of Risk Controlling Division from November 2013 to September 2020. Dejan Funduk also worked at Addiko Bank Srbija as Head of Credit Risk Department and Head of Regulatory Capital Team in the Risk Controlling Division from November 2008 to November 2013, and began their career as an Auditor at Deloitte from October 2006 to November 2008. Dejan Funduk holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade, obtained between 1998 and 2006.
