Slavica Gruzanic

Slavica Gruzanic has extensive experience in project management and banking, currently serving as a Project Specialist at OTP banka Srbija since September 2019 and as a Senior Project Specialist at Societe Generale Banka Srbija since November 2015. In these roles, Slavica leads project control functions for major projects and provides technical advisory to project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Previously, at Alpha Bank Serbia from January 2009 to July 2014, Slavica specialized in product parameterization, development, maintenance, and implementation, while also offering solutions to technical and business issues. Slavica holds a degree in International Politics from the University of Political Science, obtained between 1980 and 1985, as well as education from I ekonomska skola Vladimir Peric Valter Beograd from 1977 to 1980.
