Nicole Connolly

Nicole Connolly is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Partner at OTR since April 2024, previously holding the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Sharp & Carter, and accumulating extensive experience at Hays, where roles included Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Nicole has a strong background in administrative and case management roles, having worked as a Senior Administrator at Catholic Education Melbourne and as a Case Manager at the Fair Work Commission, where Nicole effectively managed key cases. Prior to this, Nicole gained valuable experience as a Special Event Manager at The Candy Shack, a business established following the completion of an Events Management degree at Ulster University.
