Andrew Taya is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior Advisor - People & Culture at Otraco International Pty Ltd since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a People & Culture Advisor at Legeneering, where oversight of HR functions for fabrication and production services was conducted, and as a Learning & Assessment Scheduler at ERGT Australia, managing training logistics across various sectors.
