Markus Gresser

Markus Gresser is currently working as a Service Engineer at OTRS Group since December 2019. Before this, Markus was a Systemengineer at IBM Deutschland from February 2003 to November 2019. Prior to that, Markus gained experience as a Messaging Lotus Notes Administrator at Deutsche Bank from February 2000 to February 2003, and as an EDV-Administrator at Frankfurter Volksbank eG from January 1997 to January 2000. Markus Gresser studied at Goethe University Frankfurt from 1992 to 1996.
