Edyta Karpiel

Edyta Karpiel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe since February 2013. In this role, Edyta provides strategic HR support, focusing on organizational design, recruitment, employee relations, and talent management, among other HR functions.
