Elcie Chan

Elcie Chan has a diverse work experience background. In 2003, they worked as an intern at GlaxoSmithKline. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University School of Medicine. In 2011, they joined PRMA Consulting Ltd as a Consultant, where they worked until 2015. Elcie then joined Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe, working in different roles such as European HEOR Evidence Manager, European Product Access Lead, EU Market Access Director, EU Commercial Director, and currently, they hold the position of EU Director Digital Health since 2020.

Elcie Chan completed their education starting from 1999 at Olchfa Comprehensive School. Elcie then pursued a degree in Biology from the University of Bath from 2001 to 2005, where they earned an MBiol. Afterwards, they attended Imperial College London from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a PhD in Genetics.
