Jimmy Groh

Jimmy Groh has extensive experience in workplace operations and strategy. Jimmy currently holds the position of Senior Director at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), where they began in 2024. Previously, Jimmy was the Head of Global Workplace and Real Estate at Collibra from 2018 to 2023. In this role, they oversaw workplace strategy, portfolio management, and operations across multiple global locations. Prior to Collibra, Jimmy worked as a Senior Manager at Etsy, managing global facilities operations from 2014 to 2017. Jimmy also gained foundational skills in facilities and construction management as an Administrative Services Supervisor at Ketchum from 2005 to 2014. Jimmy has a proven track record of developing efficient processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Jimmy Groh attended Baruch College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Elmhurst University, majoring in Musical Theatre.
