Mike Tepedino

Mike Tepedino has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Mike is currently the Director, Principal Architect at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at the same company from October 2017 to October 2021. Before joining Otsuka, Mike worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Technology Manager from June 2014 to August 2017. Mike also held various technology managerial positions at Johnson & Johnson from 1999 to 2013. Mike started their career as a Lead Service Engineer at PSEG in 1992 and later worked as a Network Service Manager at Elcom Services Group from 1996 to 1999. Throughout their career, Mike has gained extensive experience in technology management, project management, and network services.

Mike Tepedino obtained a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Mike also holds the LeanIX Certified Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Practitioner (Level 1) certification, which they obtained in June 2023 from LeanIX.
