Rich Dunn

Rich Dunn started their work experience in 1992 as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Following this, they worked as the Director of Recruitment Process Outsourcing at Kenexa from 1998 to 2007. Rich then joined Campbell Soup Company as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition from 2007 to 2012. After that, they worked as a Senior Search Consultant at Gulian & Associates from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Senior Director of Recruitment Process Outsourcing at Yoh, where they managed the largest Yoh RPO program. Rich then worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Carpenter Technology Corporation from 2017 to 2020, responsible for leading talent acquisition across the company. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), leading the talent acquisition function for Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization.

Rich Dunn has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
