Soma Nag

Soma Nag currently serves as the Director of Global Value and Real World Evidence for Central Nervous System (CNS) at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), a position held since November 2021, following previous roles as Associate Director in the same department. Prior to joining Otsuka, Soma Nag was an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Faculty at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, teaching Healthcare Accounting and Finance from August 2019 to December 2021. Previous experience includes a Senior Scientist and Methodologist role while self-employed and managerial positions at Merck, contributing to Global Customer Insights and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) for cardiovascular and metabolic portfolios. Educational accomplishments include a PhD in Health Services Research and Health Policy and Administration, an MA in Economics from Penn State University, an MA in Economics from the University of Mumbai, and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of Mumbai.
