Theresa Menders has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Theresa served as the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of HR Strategic Programs at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Mentor at Princeton University's Keller Center for Innovation starting from 2018. In 2000, they co-founded Huang+Menders Photography, focusing on women's and children's issues and poverty alleviation, with projects covering multiple countries.
