Theresa Menders

Theresa Menders has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Theresa served as the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of HR Strategic Programs at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Mentor at Princeton University's Keller Center for Innovation starting from 2018. In 2000, they co-founded Huang+Menders Photography, focusing on women's and children's issues and poverty alleviation, with projects covering multiple countries. Furthermore, they held the position of Managing Director at The EchoStream Group from 2010 to 2017, and also worked as an Independent Consultant at Medtronic from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they served as the Managing Director at PSS, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, and as a Senior Advisor at Tyler & Company, Inc. from 2001 to 2006.

Theresa Menders is currently a PhD Public Health candidate at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Theresa previously obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Global Health from The George Washington University's Milken Institute School of Public Health. Additionally, they have pursued postgraduate studies at The Wharton School, with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, and at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in Latin American Studies and International Economics. Theresa obtained their undergraduate degree, a BA, from Dartmouth College, where they studied Mathematics and Economics.
