Clayton Fleegal

Clayton Fleegal is a Senior Project Manager at OTT HydroMet, with experience managing high-impact projects across various contract timelines since January 2017. Responsibilities include payment invoicing, forecasting revenue milestones, evaluating risk transfers, and overseeing contract closures. Previously, Clayton served as an Electrical Engineer at Sutron from June 2014 to January 2017, managing hydrometeorological projects and creating wiring diagrams for system integration. Additionally, Clayton worked as a Project Assistant at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute from May 2012 to July 2013, where project data maintenance and interdepartmental communication were key tasks. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2014.
