Jay Wilson

Jay Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay is currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Sustainability at OTT HydroMet since June 2021. Previously, Jay worked at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in multiple roles, including Head of Project Management and Implementation Division, Senior Portfolio Manager for Major Projects, and Programme Manager for African Ministerial Conference on Meteorology. Before that, they were the Managing Partner of Novarum Events, where they specialized in delivering socially responsible and environmentally friendly events. Jay also worked at the UNAIDS as a Senior Consultant for the High-Level Commission on HIV Prevention. Jay had notable experience at the Global Humanitarian Forum as a Project Manager for the Weather Info for All Initiative. Jay's earlier experience includes roles at Idealist.org as an Advisory Board Member for Idealist International Volunteerism and at ICVolunteers as a Program Manager. Jay was also the owner of PCB Design Consulting and worked as a PCB Designer at LuminentOIC, Incorporated.

Jay Wilson attended California State University, Northridge from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business Management.
