Caroline Barriere

Caroline Barriere has over a decade of experience in municipal management, currently serving as Manager (I) of Business and Technical Support Services within the Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services department at the City of Ottawa since January 2010. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions, including Associate Director of Community Recreation, Culture and Sport Services, and Acting Director of Public Information and Media Relations. Caroline's experience also includes a significant tenure at Le Droit, where roles ranged from Reporter to Communications Strategist from October 1996 to December 2009. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in French Studies from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UQAM, along with a Certificate in Creative Writing from the same institution.
