Ccmp Sarah Ciliberto

Sarah Ciliberto, CCMP, has extensive experience in strategic change management, currently serving as a Departmental Ops Support Specialist for the City of Ottawa since January 2013. In this role, Sarah provides consultation on large-scale projects, developed the Leadership Excellence Program, and previously worked as a Change Management Coordinator, where strategic change plans were created for various initiatives. Sarah's background includes various roles, from Coordinator to Research Assistant, Case Worker, and Customer Service Representative, showcasing expertise in managing client services, supporting project development, and enhancing organizational performance. Educated in Social Service Work and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Carleton University, Sarah also completed Integral Coaching Canada training in 2022.
