Program Manager, Rail Activation, Rail Construction Program at City of Ottawa

Ethel Craft, MBA, currently serves as a Specialist in the Stage 2 Rail Construction Program Office for the City of Ottawa, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ethel was a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist for the Stage 2 Light Rail Transit Project from 2015 to November 2022, focusing on developing and implementing engagement strategies to foster relationships with stakeholders and research trends in public involvement. Ethel also held the role of Lead for the City of Ottawa Initiative "Ottawa on the Move" from 2013 to March 2015, where efforts were concentrated on public engagement regarding infrastructure projects. Earlier experience includes serving as an Intergovernmental Liaison/Stakeholder Relations representative for the Rail Implementation Office from 2010 to 2013, where Ethel worked to maintain relationships with government entities regarding the Light Rail Project. Ethel Craft is a Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration and holds an MBA from Athabasca University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Carleton University.
