Jenn Carreira

Jenn Carreira is an experienced Program Manager with a comprehensive background in public outreach, communications, and strategic support within various departments of the City of Ottawa since February 2012. Jenn Carreira has led teams in delivering strategic communications and managing stakeholder relationships while overseeing financial resources. Prior roles include supporting asset management planning in response to legislative changes, coordinating high-profile infrastructure projects like the Combined Sewage Storage Tunnel, and providing strategic advice on legislative agendas and media relations. Previous experience includes working as a Special Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure, a Constituency Assistant at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, and roles focusing on policy, communications, and research. Jenn Carreira holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Carleton University.
