Joshua Elliott

Joshua Elliott is a Water Quality Engineer with extensive experience at the City of Ottawa since April 2010, where various roles have included Process Engineer and Process Operator. Elliott also served as a Water Quality Engineer at Health Canada from September 2020 to September 2021. As a Sessional Lecturer at Carleton University, responsibilities included teaching ENVE 3001 Water Treatment Principles and Design. Academic background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. Research pursuits involved Quantitative Microbial Risk Analysis for drinking water, along with teaching roles covering water and wastewater treatment processes and municipal engineering.
