Lianne Kay

Lianne Kay is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational performance and organizational development. Since December 2015, Lianne has served as an Operational Performance Coach and Consultant, as well as an Organizational Development Consultant for the City of Ottawa. Prior to this role, Lianne worked as a Management Consultant specializing in Talent and Organization at Accenture from April 2012 to November 2015, and as a Human Resources & OD Specialist at Champlain Community Care Access Centre from January 2006 to April 2012. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Program Facilitator at Institut Pacifique from 2002 to 2005. Lianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Human Resources Management Certification from McGill University, as well as a Certified Professional Coach designation from Erickson Coaching International.
