Michael Crofts Srwa

Michael Crofts SRWA has extensive experience in program management and valuation analysis. Currently serving as Program Manager for Acquisitions at the City of Ottawa since September 2010, Michael works with the Owners Engineering Group on the Stage 2 LRT Project, focusing on property and alignments. Previously, as a Senior Valuation Analyst at Farm Credit Canada from September 2009 to September 2010, Michael led valuation training and provided coaching to staff. Earlier experience includes working as a Commercial Appraiser at Applied Economics Group, where responsibilities included commercial and residential real estate appraisals across Florida, along with market analysis and consulting services. Michael's educational background includes studies at Saint Mary's University, The University of British Columbia, and the University of Central Florida.
