Migena Bufi

Migena Bufi is a seasoned Senior User Experience and User Interface Designer currently at the City of Ottawa since January 2024. Previously, Migena served as a Senior Product Designer at Quorum Information Technologies Inc. from August 2022 to December 2023, where user research and market analysis were key responsibilities. As Lead Product Designer at Majesco from January 2022 to March 2023, collaboration with product managers and engineers was essential for defining product goals. Migena also worked as a UX/Web Designer at The Conference Board of Canada from November 2018 to March 2022, overseeing the entire digital production process and enhancing usability through analytics. Earlier experience includes the role of Agile Product Owner at SiCRED sh.a from December 2014 to May 2018, focusing on gathering requirements and facilitating communication across teams. Migena holds a Master of Science in Information Systems in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science for Economics from the University of Tirana.
