Timothy Rowe

Timothy Rowe is an experienced Strategic Programs and Project Officer at the City of Ottawa since 2019, specializing in strategy development, project management, and providing strategic advice to senior leadership. Prior to this role, Rowe served as a Legislative Advisor at the City of Calgary from 2014 to 2019, supporting legislative processes and supervising a team for Council Meeting administration. Rowe also worked at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce as a Policy and Government Affairs Coordinator from 2012 to 2014, focusing on policy analysis and government relations. Additional experience includes campaign work for Ted Morton and Rob Ford. Timothy Rowe holds an Hon. BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at California State University, Northridge, along with qualifications from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Geographic Information Science.
