Katie Lewis-Prieur

Katie Lewis-Prieur has over two decades of experience with the Ottawa Catholic School Board, where responsibilities have included serving as a Leading and Learning Coordinator for the New Teacher Induction Program, an Experiential Learning Consultant for K-12 education, and an Arts Consultant for grades 7-12, focusing on First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Studies. Additionally, Katie has taught English and Drama to high school students. In conjunction with these roles, Katie serves as Co-President of the Cappies Governing Board and Chairperson of Canada's Capital Cappies, overseeing program operations, social media management, and event organization. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education from Brock University, along with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University.
