Britta Girmscheid

Britta Girmscheid has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Ottawa County since January 2021. Prior to this role, Britta held the position of Assistant State's Attorney at the Lake County State's Attorney's Office from March 2007 to January 2021. Academic qualifications include a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law (2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of Michigan (2003), along with an educational experience at Uppsala University in Sweden (2001-2002).
