Derel Glashower is a seasoned epidemiologist with extensive experience in public health and academic research. Currently serving as a Senior Epidemiologist at Ottawa County since November 2018, Glashower previously held the role of Epidemiologist at Clark County, WA, where management of numerous outbreaks and investigation of over 400 notifiable conditions were key responsibilities. In addition to public health roles, Glashower has worked as a Research Specialist at the University of Arizona since July 2013. Glashower earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University.
