Located in the Village of Ottawa Hills in northwest Ohio, Ottawa Hills Local Schools is a high-performing school district of about 1,050 students. We are the only school district in Ohio to receive all A’s for five consecutive years on the state Department of Education’s School Report Card. Our Junior/Senior High School and Elementary School also received overall grades of “A” on this year’s Report Card. U.S. News & World Report this year ranked the high school No. 1 overall in the state as well as No. 1 for STEM subjects. And research company Niche recently named Ottawa Hills the No. 1 school district in the Toledo area and Lucas County.

The Education and Coaching team at Ottawa Hills Local Schools focuses on delivering high-quality education and extracurricular activities. This diverse team includes specialized educators and athletic coaches who provide instruction in subjects like computer science, science, and physical education, as well as support the development and success of student-athletes through coaching in sports such as soccer and football. Additionally, the team incorporates technology integration and intervention strategies to enhance student learning and ensure that every student has the resources needed to excel academically and in extracurricular activities.
