Ali Moeineslam

Ali Moeineslam is currently a PhD candidate in Neuroscience at the University of Ottawa, engaged in research at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute since May 2023. Previously, Ali served as a 3G Optimization Engineer at NAK from January 2019 to April 2023 and as a Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer at Ericsson in 2018. Prior to these roles, Ali worked as a Machine Learning Researcher at the Iran Telecom Research Center from November 2016 to December 2017 and as a Senior Researcher at the Telecommunication Company of Iran - TCI from August 2011 to October 2016. Ali holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
