Biswarup C. currently serves as the Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Siemens Healthineers, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Biswarup held roles such as Principal Engineer at Oxa, where the focus was on Universal Autonomy, and Senior Scientist at UCL, leading the development of the Conjurer data platform. Additional experience includes managing the scene understanding division at Wayve and serving as Principal Research Manager at Imagination Technologies, specializing in machine learning and computer vision. Biswarup's career also features positions at TandemLaunch Inc., King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Samsung Electronics, and ETRI, encompassing a broad spectrum of research and technical leadership in graphics and vision technologies. Biswarup holds a PhD in Computer Graphics and Vision from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from Asansol Engineering College.
