Maryam Ghiasi

Maryam Ghiasi is a Clinical Research Associate at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, having held the position since March 2022. Prior to this role, Maryam served as a Senior Clinical Research Assistant and was a Teacher Assistant in the Intro Epidemiology course at the University of Ottawa from September 2020 to December 2021. Maryam's research experience includes a position as a Research Assistant in the Department of Community Oral Health at Tehran University of Medical Sciences from September 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, Maryam worked as a Dentist and Educator at the Public Clinic of Saveh University of Medical Sciences, where Maryam was the sole dentist in the town of Gharghabad from September 2018 to September 2019. Maryam holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Ottawa and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Educational background also includes a High School Diploma in Experimental Sciences from the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad).
