Erin M. Kelly, PCP has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various organizations ranging from airports to the dental industry. Erin is currently a Human Resources Steering Group Member at ACI Airport Council International and serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ottawa International Airport Authority. Erin's expertise includes talent management, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and program planning. With a strong educational background from Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and Algonquin College, Erin is well-equipped to handle the complex demands of HR management.
