Suzie Hagenah has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of industries. Suzie'smost recent position was as a Public Health Inspector at Ottawa Public Health - Santé publique Ottawa, which they started in July 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Public Health Inspector at Hastings Prince Edward Public Health in 2016 and at Leeds, Lanark and Grenville Health Unit in 2015. Suzie also gained experience in the fast-food industry, working at McDonald's Canada as a Swing Manager from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a Junior Finance Officer at PWGSC in 2009.

Following that, they enrolled in Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from 2011 to 2014. Suzie then pursued another degree at Nipissing University from 2013 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Finally, Suzie attended Ryerson University from 2014 to 2016, where they achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Public Health.
