Traci Despatis

Traci Despatis has extensive experience in cultural tourism and event management, currently serving as the Manager of Cultural Tourism Development at Ottawa Tourism since December 2017. Previous roles include Development Consultant for Positive Action for Keppoch and Executive Director of the Antigonish Highland Society & Games, where the organization gained a worldwide reputation for its events. Traci has also held several consultant positions across various organizations, focusing on programming, event production, and grant applications. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from Carleton University and the University of Ottawa, along with a high school focus in Drama from Canterbury High School.
