Andrew Black

Andrew Black, Ph.D., MBA, MSHI, currently serves as Chief Information Officer at A-Core Concrete Specialists Inc. since August 2020, and holds the position of Graduate Program Chair in the College of Technology and Engineering at Westcliff University since July 2021. As an adjunct faculty member at both Ottawa University and University of the Cumberlands since October 2017, Andrew Black teaches courses in cloud computing, enterprise architecture, access controls, and business continuity, among others. Previous roles include Associate Dean of the MIS Online Degree Program at Stevens Henager College and IT Director at Executech, where Andrew Black managed IT operations for A-Core Concrete Cutting, Inc. Andrew Black has a comprehensive educational background, with a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University, a Master’s in Healthcare Informatics from Independence University, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
