Emmanuel Okpara

Emmanuel Okpara, MBA, CCNP, currently serves as the Manager of IT Infrastructure Operations and an Adjunct Instructor in Information Technology at Ottawa University since April 2016. In this role, Emmanuel lectures on Networking, Security, and Database Management while also overseeing IT infrastructure across multiple remote sites, managing numerous networking elements including access points, switches, firewalls, and virtual servers. Prior to this position, Emmanuel worked as a Network and Systems Specialist at EI Office Solutions, where responsibilities included designing and implementing network expansions, as well as maintaining network documentation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at IDEASOFT Technologies Ltd., where project delivery and collaboration with technology partners were key focuses. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Soil and Water Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology.
