Kristen Moore

Kristen Moore, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor at Ottawa University since January 2011, specializing in Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Liberal Arts, and Research. In previous roles, Kristen held the positions of Director of Training and Instruction/Dean of Instruction/Campus Executive, managing a $22 million online unit and overseeing operations and faculty development. Prior experience includes serving as Campus College Chair for the College of Arts and Sciences at Apollo Education Group, where Kristen managed over 100 faculty members and ensured quality instruction across multiple campuses. Kristen’s educational background includes a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Saint Louis University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Ottawa University, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching ESOL, a Master of Education in Adult and Vocational Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Colorado State University.
