Kris Koch is a Principal Transmission Project Developer at Otter Tail Power Company since August 2011, with extensive experience in managing high voltage transmission projects, including procurement, planning, and compliance activities. Previous roles at Otter Tail include Project Manager for OMS and AMI deployment, Sr. Project Manager for 345kV transmission lines, and Construction Manager for the CapX2020 program.
