Stephanie Hoff

Stephanie Hoff began their career as the Executive Director of the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce in 1999, where they generated promotional plans and served as a community ambassador. From 2005 to 2006, Stephanie worked as a Marketing Manager for Art-N-Sign, Inc., implementing and measuring the success of the company's marketing plan. In 2006, Stephanie joined Otter Tail Power Company, where they held various roles including Senior Communications Specialist, Manager of IT Planning and Projects, Public Relations Manager, and Public Relations Director. Throughout their time at Otter Tail Power Company, Stephanie developed communication strategies, led cross-functional teams, and managed department-specific financial reporting.

Stephanie Hoff has completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota-Morris. Stephanie also pursued a minor in English Language and Literature, General from the same institution. Additionally, Stephanie is currently working towards obtaining a Certificate in Organization Management from the Institute for Organization Management located in Colorado Springs, CO.
