Mlis Carol Howayek

Carol Howayek, MLIS, possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently working in Commercial Lines at Otterstedt Insurance Agency since November 2017. Prior to this role, Carol served in various capacities at The Capacity Group, an EPIC Company, including Commercial Lines Marketing and Commercial Lines Account Executive from March 2015 to November 2017. Additional experience includes the position of Insurance Account Executive & Producer at ERPS Brokerage Inc from February 2012 to December 2014 and Insurance Account Executive at Integrity Coverage Group from June 2006 to October 2011. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
