Bailey V.

Bailey V. has a diverse work experience, starting with SECURA Insurance in 2020. Within SECURA Insurance, Bailey has held multiple roles including Commercial Lines Underwriter and Commercial Lines Associate Underwriter. Bailey's responsibilities in these roles include selecting accounts based on underwriting guidelines, organizing files, processing agent requests, and developing a profitable book of business. Prior to working at SECURA Insurance, Bailey gained experience with Royal Caribbean International, where they served as a Cruise Sales Associate and a Youth Staff & Make-A-Wish Ambassador. In these roles, Bailey focused on increasing repeat cruisers, promoting the loyalty program, planning event placement, and delivering world-class productions. Bailey's earliest work experience was with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where they served as an Early Years Coordinator on their Childcare Team, providing activities and games to children on board.

Bailey V. began their education at Winneconne High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Marketing from 2004 to 2013. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2013 to 2015, studying Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Bailey V. obtained various certifications, including an Assistant Childcare Teacher certification from Fox Valley Technical College in May 2013. Later, they obtained an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes in July 2021, and an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) from The Institutes in November 2022. Furthermore, Bailey V. earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2023, and a Professional Risk Consultant (PRC) designation from The Institutes Knowledge Group in June 2023.
