Lara Frankovitch

Lara Frankovitch is an experienced operations and product leader with a robust background in customer success and consulting. Currently serving in Ops & Product at Otti since September 2023 and as the Founder and Lead Consultant at Trek Advisory Group, Lara has provided strategic guidance to notable organizations, including Alto Pharmacy and Visa, on scaling customer-facing operations. Lara has also held leadership roles such as Head of Customer Success at Arbor Platform, Inc., and Director of R&D Operations and Customer Support at Greenhouse Software. A certified executive coach and DISC assessment practitioner, Lara has been instrumental in launching and optimizing operational processes across multiple companies, exemplified by significant achievements at Staples and Accenture. Lara holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, along with advanced training in executive coaching and leadership development from prestigious institutions.
