Adam Slepian

Adam Slepian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and commercial operations across various high-performance organizations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Otto Aviation since January 2024, Adam has also held significant roles such as Board Member at Urban-Air Port and Board Observer at Electric Power Systems, Inc. Previously, Adam was Chief Commercial Officer at Supernal, where leadership spanned multiple commercial responsibilities. Adam's earlier experience includes Vice President of Strategic Development at Aramark and engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Adam’s military background includes leadership positions with the Army Special Forces and the US Army. Adam holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
