Otto Baum Company
Tim Gashaw started in the OBCI warehouse during his senior year of high school for his co-op class. After graduation, Tim developed an interest in the trades and joined the Carpenters Union Apprenticeship program. After completion, Tim worked his way up to foreman and in 2020 accepted the position of General Superintendent. In addition to training with the union, Tim completed received a trade certificate from Parkland College.
