Tim Steiner

Tim Steiner is currently a Junior Project Manager for digitalization projects at Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, a position held since March 2023, following an academic focus on digitalization as a Master’s student. Prior experience includes conducting a Bachelor’s thesis on Lean Management at AGCO Corporation and working as a student employee at Steiner+Steiner GmbH, where implementation of a CRM system was a key responsibility. Previous roles also featured an internship in project management at Brose Group and several years at Andreas Maier GmbH & Co. KG in project management and commercial training. Tim Steiner holds a Master of Engineering in Leadership in Industrial Sales and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering - Production and Development from Aalen University.
