Chris Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris started in 2007 as an IT Manager at Quality Sprinkler and held this position until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Special Projects Manager at the North Carolina National Guard. In 2014, they joined eCycleSecure LLC as Sales/IT and worked there until 2019. During this time, they also held various roles at Otto Environmental, including A&D Operations Manager from February 2019 to September 2019, Director of Customer Experience/Logistics from September 2019 to December 2022, and currently as the Vice President of Customer Experience since December 2022.

Chris Smith attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
