Kasia Gurbala

Kasia Gurbala has extensive experience in human resources and operations, holding various positions at OTTO Work Force since January 2009, including HR Directeur, Business Unit Director, Operations Manager, and Senior Account Manager. Prior experience includes working as an intercendent/tolk at VDB Dienstverlening from January 2008 to December 2008. In terms of education, Kasia Gurbala completed a program at Nyenrode Business University in September 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma was obtained from Bureau Tromp in 2017, and education was also pursued at Hoge School nr II in Krakow from 2003 to 2006.
