Marina Pastrana Rios

Marina Pastrana Rios has worked at six different companies since 2009. Marina began their career at Boston College as the Founder of the Montserrat Coalition in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Catholic Extension as the Manager of Mission Programs. In 2016, they began working at St. Louis de Gonzage as an English Plus Teacher and Team Lead. Also in 2016, they began working at Paname Brewing Company as a Sales Associate and Brewery Team Developer. In 2018, they moved to Adelante Shoe Co. as the Director of Sales for the Northeast Corridor and New England Sales Manager. Most recently, they have been working at OTW Safety as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Marketing Director since 2020.

Marina Pastrana Rios obtained a Master of Theological Studies in Ethics from the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry between 2008 and 2010. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Boston College Carroll School of Management between 2004 and 2008. In January 2021, they also obtained a Section4 Product Strategist certification from Section4.
