Mario Santos

Mario Santos is an experienced professional in offshore structures and subsea management, currently serving as the Offshore Structures and Subsea Manager at OTZ Engenharia since August 2023, focusing on design coordination and constructability studies. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Montacon Engenharia, overseeing revamp and decommissioning projects for topsides and subsea systems, and Senior Consultant at Radix Engenharia e Software, specializing in structural design and constructability for offshore steel structures. As the Owner and President of Exactum Consultoria e Projetos Ltda., Mario was responsible for strategic hiring, technical consulting, and business development. Additionally, Mario served as the Onboard Subsea Operations Representative at Shell, supervising EPCI subsea engineering. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia, attained between 1983 and 1987.
